The face “melts” vertically
Over the years, the tissues of the face gradually descend, from top to bottom, as if the face “melted” vertically.
Halo Lift 4K organizes surgical planning around this observation: the tissues are repositioned vertically, in the same direction in which they moved. To do so, the protocol brings together four technologies, used according to each patient’s individual plan.
Facial aging happens in layers

Four technologies
Not every plan uses all four technologies. The combination is defined at the consultation, after an in-person assessment.

Facial videoendoscopy
The endoscope is used across the whole face, not only the upper third, to reposition the tissues vertically. The high-definition camera lets the surgeon see the deep structures during surgery.

Eyelid laser
Laser is integrated into eyelid treatment, as indicated at the consultation.

Neck technology
Technology that assists the surgeon when working on the deep structures of the neck.

Ultrasound-guided nanofat
The patient’s own fat, processed into fine particles and applied under ultrasound guidance, which shows the planes of the face during application.
